PLEASE READ: IMPORTANT SHIPPING INFORMATION
The expected delivery for all Domestic orders: 5-7 business days.
Luminora processes orders Monday through Friday.
All sale items are final and are not subject to return.
Orders placed after 12:00 pm on Fridays will be shipped the following Monday. Your shipping day is not considered a business day when choosing expedited shipping. Please add one day for processing and shipping.
Once you submit your order, it cannot be changed or canceled as it enters our Warehouse Processing system. Please email us at Info@luminora.com for further assistance.
While we try to process your order as fast as possible, orders in our Warehouse Processing Queue can take up to 2-3 business days to process with Standard Shipping.
Deliveries to Hawaii and Puerto Rico could take longer.
Standard Shipping may be a combination of UPS/USPS which delivers to your local post office and then your post office will deliver your package along with your other U.S. Mail.
Business days are Monday through Friday, except for scheduled U.S. Holidays: Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day. Deliveries to remote areas cannot be guaranteed by the specified time in the shipping chart.

*U.S. and Territories: Standard Shipping is available throughout the 50 States, Puerto Rico, US Territories, or APO/FPO. US Protectorates and APO/FPO are defined as follows: American Samoa (AS), Federated States of Micronesia (FM), Guam (GU), Marshall Islands (MH), Northern Mariana Islands (MP), Palau (PW), US Virgin Islands (VI), Armed Forces Americas (AA), Armed Forces Europe (AE), and Armed Forces Pacific (AP).

THINGS TO CONSIDER WHEN SHIPPING INTERNATIONALLY
Customers using a credit card with a billing address outside North America should allow 1 to 3 business days for order processing in addition to the designated shipping time.
Luminora does not collect any brokerage fees, import duties, tariffs, or similar taxes at the time you place your order. These fees are determined and collected by your government. You will be asked to pay the applicable amount at the time your shipment is released to you.

Q: How can I check and track the status of my order?
A: If you are placing the order online, make sure to include your e-mail address; you will receive a copy of your order and a tracking number via e-mail. If you need additional help email us at info@luminora.com. Our customer service representative team would be happy to help you.
Q: Can I ship to multiple addresses?
A: Yes, make sure to place a separate order for each address.
Q: Can I come to your office to purchase products or pick up my order?
A: Yes, you may purchase products at our office. You may also pick up your order, and you will not be charged for shipping. Our office is located at 5454 Wisconsin Ave. unit 725 Chevy Chase, Md 20815.
Q: Is there a tax on my order?
A: We are required to collect sales tax in states where it is required. Luminora follows the state laws and regulations about what is taxable and what is not taxable.
